To meet the needs of new generations of customers and employees, Pan, a traditional retail bank with over 2,200 employees and 60 branches nationwide, has embarked on a digital transformation journey. However, for this change to succeed, another element was crucial: bringing its purpose to the forefront, simplifying its culture, and getting closer to its diverse audiences.
The Brazilian people was our starting point. We highlighted the optimism and pride of the “true Brazilian” who wakes up early, hustles, stretches themselves thin, and makes things happen. Our strategy was to leverage this same energy to engage and mobilize the entire company – from shareholders and C-level executives to the front-line staff – into concrete actions. Less concept, more action! A collaborative effort that will continue to transform the market and the lives of Pan’s customers.
The square represents the PIXEL, symbolizing the bank’s digital side, while the letter P embodies the human aspect. Our bank helps people complete cycles. Our symbol emerges from these two concepts, forming the letters B + P.
